今天4外国人从湄公河非法入境老挝3人被捕1人跳水

根据老挝媒体suelao的报道，2021 年8 月5 日下午1点左右，4 名泰国人在湄公河上乘坐长尾摩托艇载有约 12 辆摩托车前往沙湾拿吉省 Xaybouli 区 Sivilai 村，但被当地执法力量拦截。
